Cuelist is a cloud app, so an internet connection keeps everyone in sync. If you go offline while editing, your changes are saved locally and upload to the cloud automatically as soon as the connection is restored. You can always export a PDF for offline use.

Open the project's Collaborator Menu and invite your team by email. Everyone you invite can view the project. Collaborators with their own subscription can also be granted edit permission, layer by layer.
